Summary: Jack has a lovely time exploring a haunted house. Except not.
Author's Note: The moment I saw this prompt, I knew I had to write something for it. Unfortunately, I was consistently too busy to think it over properly until… Friday night. And then the fun began. XD Someday I'd like to edit this into shape and give it something that remotely resembles internal logic, but for the moment, Happy Halloween for another hour and a half, and I hope you enjoy! :)

( When Jack wakes up on the cold floor of the haunted house, the first thing he thinks of is the Doctor. )

Hallowe'en is coming ... and fear is the theme.

Of course it's traditional to watch Doctor Who from behind the sofa, properly terrified - but what of our intrepid heroes themselves? What can faze them, after all they've been through - what can shake them up, rattle their teeth, what nightmares still get to them? What's Jack's greatest fear - and has he lived it yet? How about the Doctor? What nightmares do they have, and what happens when they wake up and find the real world isn't any better?

Of course they can both be quite scary themselves. Not that either of them would admit it, but what frightens Jack about the Doctor? What frightens the Doctor about Jack?

Or hell, you could just go all-out on the Hallowe'en theme and send our boys into a haunted house. :D
