It's May 2013.  Which means we're just a few short weeks away from July 2013.  Which makes it time to open up signups for Summer/Winter Holidays, the Fifth Anniversary Edition.  (We are, sadly, much further from November 2013, which is a much bigger Fiftieth Anniversary, but hey, let's start that party early!)

For those who are new -- for four years, we've thrown a party at wintercompanion during the entire month of July.  During that month, we post new fic and art created to a prompt list kept secret until the month starts. On July 1, we start posting the created works -- and all of the prompts are open for anyone in the comm. Each year, it's been a great opportunity to showcase the really fantastic stuff you all create.

So here's what we're looking for:

One: Up to 15 writers willing and excited to write at least 500 words of Doctor/Jack based on specific prompts, to be finished and submitted by June 25.

Two: Up to 15 artists interested in producing a work (vid, icons, banners, drawings, etc.) based on specific prompts, to be finished and submitted by June 25.

Interested? Leave (1) your name and (2) an email address below - and (3) tell us if you're interested in fic or art! Signups will close while it's May 28 anywhere in the world, and prompts will go out before June 1.

It doesn't matter if you're new to the comm or you've been here since the beginning. Anyone and everyone is welcome! Feel free to spread the word - the more the merrier. :D

And of course, we always have a need for pinch hitters for art and fic - life has a way of happening. Let us know if you're willing to join the ranks of those lifesavers!
