Summary - Jack Gets a spirit and joins the Shaman Tournament

It was very cold in Canada at that moment, the wind blew in a slight mockery of a Siberian blizzard it was more like a sandstorm made of snow.

It was April the 19th and the year was 1999 and in one year the Shaman Tournament would finally begin for the first time in 500 years.

Methos was still without a Spirit a Guardian Ghost and because of this the few other Shaman in the area and country mocked him when they could.

Methos had searched all of Canada, all of Alaska, all of North America and all of South America for three long years.

He had found only useless ghosts {ghosts of the fat couch potato who died of artery blockage} or revolutionary soilders {who died from allowing themselves to be shot in the head}

None of the spirits and sprites and dities he had met with would be very useful in a tournament that held a majority of blade users.

Because of this problem, Methos had decided to take a year long vacation from being a Watcher and an Immortal to find himself a Guardian Ghost.

He packed a duffle bag, put on some warm clothes and got the earliest flight to Tokyo, it was time for him to find a spirit partner.

He had travelled through Japan for a year, meeting many different spirits, until he had met the one perfect for him.

The spirit was more a dietie who had been banished to the humans plane of existance, his name was Kokuei Kagetsu {Dark Shadow, Bright Moon} and he held absolute dominion over healing and shadows.

In two days time the Shaman Tournament would begin, and Methos would be there to take the title of King of Shaman.

The games had begun, his first battle was against the Patch Village Shaman Kalim, he passed by utilising a lot of different tactics.

Kalim was impressed that someone who had only had a spirit for a few days was already so well connected to the aura of his partner.

Methos, now under the name Jyushiro Hayate, joined Yoh, Ren, HoroHoro, Choclove, Faust, Ryu, Lyserg and Manta {he's a shaman in this}

Let the shaman tournament begin.
