Summary: Jack knows that after everything he's been through he's lucky to have Ianto. But he can't stop thinking about the Doctor, and when Ten returns there's only one choice he can make...

Notes: Nearly became a Janto vid because it's my favourite pairing of the moment (because TW is on...see how I feel after the DW Season 4 finale!) but managed to claw it back to a Doctor/Jack!

 Windows Movie Maker was being more evil than the Master, so I couldn't save my vid as the highest possible quality...so by the time YouTube gets a hold of it I apologise for any clips that may appear to be LQ. Hope there aren't any but...

OMG, that is brilliant! nightrider101 warned me to prepare myself, but I'm still speechless! I love that song and you made the footage flow so well, even though it was taken from different times it felt like we were following Jack's story.

And that song is seriously awesome, so I've been hanging on for a chance to put it in a vid. Ironically, I've only just used the chorus of that in a fan-trailer for my latest Doctor/Jack fic, so....just like buses, you wait for ages and two come at once!

As someone who has used WMM herself - my condolences ^_~ That program is just about the most temperamental, frustrating thing ever.

That being said, it was a lovely video. You have a good sense of timing and you use your effects well instead of getting all carried away with them. Very impressive especially considering the limits of WMM. ^_^

And yes, WMM is the son of the Devil. In order to even save the vid in the first place I had to delete the 2-3GB files I'd put in for clips. T_T

Found this via Who_Daily and love it! I'm very attached to the song anyway (not only from Buffy, but my husband put it on the mix CD he gave me when we were first dating!), and you put it to good use. Ever since Jack looked at Martha and said "you, too?" and I realized how *much* he loved the Doctor, I have been feeling very protective for Ianto . . . this captures it very well. Also, great shots of both Doctors -- I love the Nine footage being in black and white.

That was a wonderful comment and I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! Ever since Ianto came on the scene, my love for Doctor/Jack has been struggling, especially since Ianto is so sweet I'd hate to see his heart broken (which is why in nearly every fanvid/fic since then Ianto's played a big part!).

This was beautiful. I loved the flashback scenes, and the ending was just wonderful! I do like to think, though, that Jack still goes back to Ianto like in canon; just, when his team is gone, he has the Doctor to come home to again.

What? Jack's immortal; he can have his (banana) cake and eat it, too! :)
