Yes, the writers made me so mad how they had Ten treat Jack. I fixed most of it in my story called The Wizard (http://scifiangel.livejournal.com/106029.html) about Jack after CoE and a future Doctor.

The last manip is from a Future!Doctor/Jack illustrated story I did a few months ago called The Wizard (http://scifiangel.livejournal.com/106029.html). It's a fix-it of sorts with a post-CoE Jack and a future Doctor. I think you'd like it. It fixes a lot of plot holes and explains why Ten was such a JERK to Jack.
