Oh, very nicely done! The first scene, setting up the Doctor's culturally-created prejudice, felt very plausible, and I love how initially he falls into the trap of prejudice, yet later realises that fixed doesn't have to mean 'wrong'. The Valiant scenes were just enough to show how horrific that year was, yet not so much that I was unable to read them ;)
And how I wish this is what could have happened after CoE! Of course the Doctor should have gone to find Jack, and of course he should have kept Jack with him. And how much do I love the fact that the penny not only drops for the Doctor without Jack knowing anything about it, and that he also decides to take the initiative and do something about it? Just lovely :)
