What a brilliant story this was. It was so sweet to see the Doctor and Jack having to live a domestic life together. And the Doctor being the only one to speak the language, and having to get a job. It was just so adorable. I also loved how Jack did eventually find things he could do, while stuck on that planet.

The parts about them going shopping together were really quite cute. I could just picture the two of them having to do this together, and settling in quite nicely together. Totally Adorable! :-)

I loved how Jack took care of the Doctor when he'd gotten so sick from being in the sun. Also, I too loved Jack's terms of endearment for the Doctor.

I was so worried up until the end of the story, where the Doctor came for Jack. And the sweet kiss they shared at the end. You really did an amazing job with this story. Both the Doctor and Jack were written so well in character.
